Project:Brownstown Parts Distribution Project Size: 350,000 SF Location: Brownstown Township, MI Job Description: Services for this project included: Machine scrub of facility floors using riding scrubbers. Application of Marso Chem densifying hardner/sealer Fill to grade of all floor saw cuts using 2 part polyurea installed pumping system (full load bear within 90 minutes) 3 miles of safety striping for pedestrian, small vehicle traffic including stop signs, footprints, diagonals and hash marks.

Visi-Trol

Project:Visi-Trol Project Size: 45,000 SF Manager: John Ford Job Description: The project at Vis-Trol was a complete retro-fit of the building. Engineered Coating Systems completed both the interior and exterior painting as well as the floor coating installation. The floor was blasted to insure proper preparation of the substrate. Following the blast process all necessary repairs were made and the joints were filled to grade. Once this was completed 2 coats (prime and intermediate) of 100% Solids epoxy with a coat of chemical resistant urethane was installed. Giving the finishing touch to this building.
